In advance of our explanation of the new stricter policy, we thank you for understanding and your cooperation in following our updated cancellation policy.

We will be enforcing a stricter cancellation policy, due to an increase in no-shows and cancellations. It’s unfortunate that such a policy exists, however, please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.


In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give us at least 24-hour notice. This allows other clients to book an appointment during this time slot. Any appointments that are canceled with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s). 


Any appointments that are ‘no show’ will be subject to a fee of the full amount of the scheduled service(s).


Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that the next client’s appointment is not delayed. If you are more than 15-minutes late, and we cannot fit in the scheduled treatment(s), we will have to reschedule your appointment to another day, and this will result in a fee of the full amount of the scheduled service(s).


Appointments made within the 24-hour period, may not be cancelled. Cancelling will result in a cancellation fee of the full amount of the reserved service(s).


We understand that accidents happen, people get sick and/or emergencies occur. We will do our best to accommodate these rare occasions with grace.  Kindly note, we do record these occurrences so as to prevent abuse of the policy.


We understand this may come across as harsh, however our goal is to be preventative in order to protect and accommodate our team and clients valuable time. This policy allows us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability, as well as keeping our schedule filled, in order to better serve everyone.
